Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dead Mojo ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use this website (the "Site"), and — just as importantly — what we do not collect. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at admin@deadmojo.com.

The Document Generator Tools Do Not Store Your Data

The Placard, Bill of Lading (BOL), Dangerous Goods Declaration (IMO), QR Code, Packing Slip, Shipping Request, RMA Initiation, and Optic RMA tools on this Site run entirely in your web browser. Any information you type into these tools — names, addresses, part numbers, shipment details, or anything else — is never transmitted to, processed by, or saved on our servers. The documents you generate exist only on your own device and in your browser session; we have no record of them, and closing or refreshing the page permanently discards them unless you have printed or saved a copy yourself. Some tools also let you save your entered information to a file on your own device, and load it back in later — that file is written and read entirely by your browser and never passes through our servers, the same as printing. Once that file exists on your device, its safekeeping is entirely up to you, the same as a printed page.

Information We Do Collect

Outside of the document generator tools above, a limited amount of information is collected in the following situations:

  • Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond to you, and a copy is emailed to our administrator.
  • Basic site analytics. Like most websites, we log basic technical information about page visits — IP address, browser/device information, the page viewed, the referring page, and the time of the visit. This is used only for internal statistics (understanding which tools are used and improving the Site) and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for cross-site tracking.
  • Tool usage counts. When you click the Print button on one of the document generator tools listed above, we log an anonymous count of that click — which tool, and when. This count never includes any of the information you entered into the tool; it exists only so we can see which tools are used most.
  • Administrator accounts. Site administrators log in through a separate, staff-only system to manage site content. This is unrelated to general visitor use of the Site.

Cookies

This Site uses a session cookie to maintain your browsing session and, for administrators, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

Certain pages load resources from third-party services in order to function, including Google reCAPTCHA (on the contact form, to prevent spam) and content-delivery networks for fonts, icons, and charting libraries. These services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies; we do not control this and encourage you to review those providers' policies directly.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and basic analytics data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. As noted, document generator content is never received or stored by us in the first place, so there is nothing to retain or delete.
