By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Dead Mojo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides free, browser-based tools for generating logistics documents, including placards, bills of lading, dangerous goods declarations, QR codes, packing slips, and shipping requests, provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis as described in Section 6 below.

3. Permitted Use, Including Commercial Use

You are welcome to use the tools on this Site, and any documents or output you generate through them, for personal, business, or commercial purposes. There is no restriction on using generated documents in the ordinary course of your own business operations.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, source code, software, design, graphics, layout, structure, and functionality of this Site are the exclusive property of Dead Mojo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Site as a visitor through your web browser as intended, nothing in these Terms transfers or grants you any right, title, license, or interest in the Site's underlying source code, design, or architecture.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist any third party to:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, download beyond ordinary browser caching, scrape, mirror, frame, or otherwise duplicate any portion of this Site's code, design, layout, or content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or extract the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of this Site or any of its tools;
  • use this Site's code, design, layout, or functionality — in whole or in part, and whether modified or unmodified — to build, operate, support, or maintain any other website, application, product, or service, whether for internal business use or external/public use, and regardless of whether it is offered commercially or free of charge;
  • create derivative works based on this Site;
  • use automated means such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; or
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Site.

This restriction applies regardless of whether such use would otherwise be commercial or non-commercial in nature, and is intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
