How do I download my template after buying it?
Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your file anytime from My Account under Purchased Templates - just click Download next to the template. You do not need to keep the original checkout confirmation email or link.
What do I get when I buy a template?
You get a zip file containing the complete template - all HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and a small SQLite database file for templates with a built-in backend). Everything you need is included; there are no separate plugins or licenses to buy.
Do I need any special software or hosting to use a template?
No. Every template is designed to be uploaded to standard web hosting and just work - no database setup panel, no command line, no build tools. Each package includes a README with step-by-step upload instructions.
Can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Go to My Account, find the purchase under Purchased Templates, and click Receipt - it opens a clean, printable receipt you can save as a PDF directly from your browser's print dialog.
Do you store my payment or card information?
No. All payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal - Deadmojo never sees or stores your card details.
