Deadmojo ("we," "us," or "our") operates deadmojo.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: when you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Order information: when you purchase a template, our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) handle your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We do keep a record of what you purchased, the amount, and your email address, so we can deliver your download and provide support.
Contact form and project requests: if you use our contact form or submit a custom project request, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message, and project details) so we can respond to you.
Chat assistant: our site includes an AI-powered chat widget. Messages you send to it are stored so we can review conversations for quality and support purposes, and are processed by a third-party AI service in order to generate a response. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: create and manage your account, process and fulfill orders, respond to support requests and messages, send you transactional emails (like order confirmations), and, if you don't opt out, occasional emails about products or offers that may interest you based on your activity on the site.
