1. Our Products
Deadmojo sells pre-built website templates delivered as downloadable files, and also takes on custom website projects. Template purchases are one-time payments — we don't charge subscriptions for templates.
2. License to Use Templates
When you purchase a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for a single end product (your own website or a single client's website). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw template files themselves as a standalone product, and you may not claim authorship of the underlying template design. Beyond that, you're free to modify, rebrand, and build on it however you like for your project.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are listed in US dollars. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.
4. Refunds
Because our templates are digital products delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded. If something isn't working as described, or you believe there's been a billing error, please contact us — we review these requests individually and want you to be satisfied with what you bought.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Custom Project Requests
Submitting a custom project request or receiving an AI-generated price estimate does not create a contract — it's the starting point for a conversation. Final scope, pricing, and timeline for custom work are agreed separately before any work begins.
7. AI Chat Assistant
Our site includes an AI-powered chat assistant intended to help answer general questions. Its responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate — they aren't a substitute for direct confirmation from us on anything important (pricing, licensing, technical specifics), and we aren't liable for decisions made solely on the assistant's responses.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use our templates or content in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our products and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deadmojo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
